The most commonly used strap in the transport and haulage industry - high strength and wear-resistant 6250kg polyester webbing combined with wide handled 5000kg pressed steel zinc plated ratchet buckles and zinc plated steel end fittings to suit the application provide a durable and time proven solution. Wear sleeves can be added to provide additional abrasion resistance. Ideal for bulky and heavy loads with excellent weather resistance.
Ideal for securing lighter bulky loads - either on the bed of a lorry or inside a trailer. 4000kg polyester webbing and a lighter duty narrow handled 4000kg zinc plated steel ratchet buckle are used in the manufacture of these straps, together with 4000kg zinc plated steel end fittings to suit the application/vehicle fixing points.
Perfect for securing smaller unit size loads - either on the bed of a lorry or inside a trailer - where 50mm wide straps are not practical. 3000kg polyester webbing and a lighter duty narrow handled 3000kg zinc plated steel ratchet buckle are used in the manufacture of these straps, together with 3000kg zinc plated steel end fittings to suit the application/vehicle fixing points.
As above but with 2000kg rated webbing and fittings - perfect where the smaller sized fittings are needed (such as load tracks).
Our 25mm mini-ratchet straps are just the job for strapping loads onto trailers or onto roofracks and absolutely ideal for internal load tiedowns in vans. Using 1500kg polyester webbing and a 900kg mini-ratchet (1500kg ratchets also available) these straps can used to secure just about anything - economically and effectively.
We have a huge range of different end fittings to suit every application. The majority of our fittings are made from zinc plated steel to provide a long working life in exterior weather conditions, and are available in a range of breaking strains to ensure the fitting is matched to the webbing and the application for which it is to be used. |
